  • What is the event about?

    More than an event, this is an ‘unconference’, which is a premier gathering of industry leaders, innovators, and key stakeholders, offering insightful discussions, strategic networking opportunities, and knowledge-sharing sessions. It is designed to foster collaboration and drive meaningful advancements in the industry.

  • When and where is the event taking place?

    Intersec 2025 will be held on 9 - 11th April, at Goa Marriott Resort and Spa.

  • Who should attend the event?

    The unconference is ideal for marketing professionals, business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and other industry stakeholders seeking valuable insights, networking opportunities, and business growth prospects.

  • Who is eligible to attend the event?

    It is open to professionals in leadership roles, including but not limited to:

    • Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs)
    • Chief Digital Officers (CDOs)
    • Marketing Heads
    • Digital Marketing Heads
    • Vice Presidents
    • Directors and other senior decision-makers
  • How do I register for the event?

    You can Request an Invite by visiting our Attend as a Brand and after reviewing your application, the team will send a confirmation email.

  • What is the recommended dress code?

    Business casual or formal attire is suggested for all attendees.

Event Schedule & Sessions

  • "What are the suggested travel timings to align with the event schedule?"

    You should book your arrival flight to ensure you reach the venue by 12:00 Noon on April 9th (Airport to Hotel is 1 hour drive), as Intersec begins with a networking lunch. For departure, you can book your return flight on April 11, anytime after 11:00 AM, as check-out is scheduled for that time.

  • What does the agenda include?

    The agenda will feature high-impact sessions, case studies, breakout sessions, relationship building activities, keynote addresses, and exclusive networking opportunities. A detailed schedule will be shared with registered participants.

  • Will there be networking opportunities?

    Yes, Intersec 2025 will include dedicated networking sessions and activities designed to facilitate meaningful connections with industry experts, peers, and potential business partners.

Event Guidelines & Conduct

  • What are the health, safety, and security guidelines?

    IAMAI will try and take the utmost care and precautions to ensure your safety and security during the programme. However, attendees are responsible for their own safety, security and personal belongings. The organizers will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damageShape.

  • Is wearing the event badge mandatory?

    Yes, all attendees must wear their Intersec badge at all times on all days for identification and access to sessions and activities.

  • Is participation in all sessions and activities required?

    Yes, it’s mandatory and highly recommended to participate in all sessions and activities to maximize networking opportunities and gain the most value from the event.

Partnerships and Paid Attendees

  • How can my company become a sponsor?

    If your company is interested in sponsorship opportunities, please share your details at Purchase Pass/Partner.

  • What benefits do Partners receive?

    Partnership provides brand visibility, speaking engagements, access to exclusive networking sessions, and other benefits tailored to the chosen Partnership package.

  • Will partners have exclusive networking opportunities?

    Yes, partners will have access to dedicated networking sessions with industry leaders and key stakeholders.

Accommodation & Travel

  • Where will attendees be accommodated?

    Attendees will be provided with individual accommodations for privacy and comfort. Whereas Paid Delegates will have double occupancy.

  • What types of rooms are available?

    All participating brands will be accommodated in single-occupancy rooms and all the paid attendees will be accommodated in double-occupied rooms.

  • Are travel arrangements covered by IAMAI?

    While travel tickets are not covered, all other aspects, including accommodation, meals, and event activities, are taken care of by IAMAI.
    Cabs for the brands attendees will be arranged by IAMAI, however, cabs for Paid Attendees and Partners are requested to be arranged by themselves.

  • Will meals and beverages be provided?

    Yes, meals and refreshments will be provided throughout the unconference. Attendees with specific dietary requirements are encouraged to inform us in advance. However, any meals and beverages requested from room service, etc. have to be borne by the participants themselves at check out.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    If a confirmed attendee cancels her/his participation after one week of confirmation, a cancellation fee of ₹50,000 will be applicable to cover accommodation and meal costs.
