You should book your arrival flight to ensure you reach the venue by 11:00 AM on April 9th (Airport to Hotel is 45 min drive), as Intersec begins with a networking lunch. For departure, you can book your return flight on April 11, anytime after 12:00 PM , as check-out is scheduled for that time.

The agenda will feature high-impact sessions, case studies, breakout sessions, relationship building activities, keynote addresses, and exclusive networking opportunities. A detailed schedule will be shared with registered participants.

Yes, Intersec 2026 will include dedicated networking sessions and activities designed to facilitate meaningful connections with industry experts, peers, and potential business partners.

IAMAI will try and take the utmost care and precautions to ensure your safety and security during the programme. However, attendees are responsible for their own safety, security and personal belongings. The organizers will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

Yes, all attendees must wear their Intersec badge at all times on all days for identification and access to sessions and activities.

Attendees will be staying at Taj Swarna, Amritsar.

All participating brands will be accommodated in single-occupancy rooms and all the paid attendees will be accommodated in double-occupied rooms.

We are pleased to cover your on-site experience, including accommodation, meals, and all event activities. Please note that guests are kindly requested to manage their own travel tickets and local transportation arrangements.

Yes, meals and refreshments will be provided throughout the unconference. Attendees with specific dietary requirements are encouraged to inform us in advance. However, any meals and beverages requested from room service, etc. have to be borne by the participants themselves at check out.

If a confirmed attendee cancels her/his participation after one week of confirmation, a cancellation fee of ₹50,000 + taxes per attendee will be applicable to cover accommodation and meal costs.
