Attendees will be provided with individual accommodations for privacy and comfort. Whereas Paid Delegates will have double occupancy.
All participating brands will be accommodated in single-occupancy rooms and all the paid attendees will be accommodated in double-occupied rooms.
While travel tickets are not covered, all other aspects, including
accommodation, meals, and event activities, are taken care of by IAMAI.
Cabs for the brands attendees will be arranged by IAMAI, however, cabs
for Paid Attendees and Partners are requested to be arranged by
themselves.
Yes, meals and refreshments will be provided throughout the unconference. Attendees with specific dietary requirements are encouraged to inform us in advance. However, any meals and beverages requested from room service, etc. have to be borne by the participants themselves at check out.
If a confirmed attendee cancels her/his participation after one week of confirmation, a cancellation fee of ₹50,000 will be applicable to cover accommodation and meal costs.
